My Friday night plans? I just inhaled this bag of goodness while thinking about life. As many of my products, I hereby introduce you to one of the Spanish secrets: The Mikso Sweet Potato Chips. I got these from Veritas (one of my favourite Eco supermarkets here in Barcelona) and I have to say they are just as “simple & natural” as advertised. With a hint of salt, these vegan babies qualify with curly crunchiness, a natural look and an authentic sweet potato taste.
