Do you remember the story of Anni and the beanstalk? Guess what, there is a part two!
On her journey to try to find more vegetarian gummies, Anni stumbled upon an old childhood friend called Pico-Balla. He was also from the same Haribo area as the Jelly Beans and they used to meet constantly as kids. Anni was very excited to see that he had rid himself of some old habits and had become a vegetarian.

But just as Hozier recently put it, Pico-Balla was just too sweet. Even though the combination of a harder shell and soft, chewy core sounded promising, the taste was so fake and intense that Anni had to stop eating. And let me tell you, that is rare. Anni even got a little headache after the sugar rush Pico-Balla had given her. While wondering if her taste had simply changed over the years, Anni said goodbye to her old friend to continue her search for the one true candy.
