One fresscalating favourite that I have found in Germany and Spain are rice crackers, or galletas de arroz. Since their taste is rather mild with hints of soy sauce and algae, it’s the peanuts and crunchy consistency that convinced me. The classic rice cracker and peanut mix consists of slightly different flavours and shades. The quality and taste of the product can differ and I would recommend to buy them in a store for Asian products. But don’t make the mistake of underestimating them, some of the rice crackers can be quite spicy. Which is why the variety of the classic mix is great: If you got a spicy one, you can always balance it out with one of the peanuts or the milder ones — presuming you can recall which one was the spicy one…
